With 8 classes on offer, our sessions suit every experience level, mood, and body.
Everybody is welcome in our classes, however some may be more suited to you than others.

Fundamental Reformer

If you are wondering where to start with group reformer pilates, this is the class.

You will learn the basic principles of pilates and the essential pilates repertoire. This class is focused on setting you up with strong pilates foundations, which will help set you up for a healthy, strong pilates understanding.

Not just for the newbie, but also a great class to check in with your pilates foundations, for those returning after injury and post natal. An absolute necessity for getting the most out of your pilates routine.

Intermediate Reformer

Faster paced and an expectation that you are familiar with reformer pilates and have an understanding of the pilates principles.

Each class will challenge you, lengthen, mobilise and strengthen through the intermediate pilates repertoire.

Suitable for those with reformer experience and injury free.
Not pregnancy friendly.

 
 

Athletic Reformer

For those of you that are wanting a cardio fix whilst still being reminded of the pilates principles - this is the class!

We insert a trampoline at the end of the reformer, to give you a full body workout whilst jumping up and down, lying on your back.

Suitable for those familiar with the reformer and are injury free. Not pregnancy friendly.

 
 
 
 

Reformer Unwind

A chance to unwind on the reformer.

45 minutes of stretching and feeling supported by the reformer.

Basically 45 minutes of all ‘the good stuff’.

Pregnancy friendly up to 12 weeks. 

 
 

Mat

Just you and your mat is all that is needed for this class.

Every class will be focused on moving your spine in all range of movements whilst lengthening, strengthening and mobilising. We highly recommend that you incorporate some mat classes into your weekly pilates schedule.

Suitable for all levels as each class will offer progressions and regressions.

Pregnancy friendly up to 12 weeks. After 12 weeks, please only attend Mat (P) classes.

 
 
 
 

Pulse

TSDS signature barre classes will give you a full body workout, a cardio hit, and an endorphin high with the addition of a a pulsing heart rate (and booty).

A class built on ballet style moves (no, you absolutely do not need to be a dancer), pilates and functional cardio fusion. 

With progressions and regressions given, this class is suitable for beginners and experienced pilates/barre movers.

Pregnancy friendly.

 
 

Unwind

Exactly that. A chance to unwind. A lovely stretch and a chance for your mind and body to unwind.

Suitable for all fitness levels.

Pregnancy friendly up to 12 weeks.

 
 
 
 

Mumma Reformer/Mumma Mat

The perfect class for post natal mothers, once you have had clearance to exercise from your doctor.

Your little ones are welcome to join, up until the are crawling.

Very small group classes where we focus on building up strength and mobility, whilst adapting the class specific to your needs and the mood of your baby!
