Meet Our People

Laura

Founder, TSDS

In my classes, you will be challenged, and leave feeling stronger, longer and more mobile.

I use my own personal experience to guide my teaching style and my classes and teaching style have often been described as challenging, encouraging and supportive.

Having had the opportunity of teach in a variety of studio settings both in Australia and the UK, I am so excited to be putting my experience into my very own studio in Margaret River and cannot wait to help you fall in love with pilates and barre.

Nicole

Nicole is responsible for all the day to day running of the studio, the admin queen.

You will likely meet her over email or participating in a class.

When Nicole is not in or around the studio, you will find her with one of her dogs, spending time training her Guide Dogs WA puppy or enjoying the beautiful South West with her partner.

Izzi

Pilates instructor

Izzi is a passionate physiotherapist, pilates instructor and lover of all things movement! She graduated from Curtin University in 2017 with a Bsc of Physiotherapy and enjoys working with clients holistically to help them achieve their long term health goals. Izzi completed her Breathe Pilates training at the beginning of 2018 and has since used pilates extensively within her rehab sessions, helping clients restore pain-free movement.

Growing up in Denmark, WA has given Izzi a deep appreciation for health, nature and community. She recently moved down to Margaret River after 8 years of living in the city to fulfil her desire to live a well-balanced lifestyle! Izzi has also almost completed her cert 4 in nutrition and enjoys creating flavoursome and healthy meals. Outside of work, you will find her enjoying the outdoors in the forms of hiking, cycling, swimming or BBQ sunsets with friends.

Izzi is passionate about assisting her clients in learning about their own body (and what it is capable of) and ultimately empowering them to handle all obstacles life puts in the way. She believes that variety in movement is both necessary and fun, so be prepared for a challenging yet well-rounded pilates session!
