In my classes, you will be challenged, and leave feeling stronger, longer and more mobile.
I ensure everyone moves safely and work within their range – offering progressions and regressions throughout. I like to make sure that in every class, we move the spine in all range of movements.
In a world that is so fast paced, my pilates classes are a time to take it back to the simplicity of the mind, the breath and movement.
I acknowledge and understand that no body is the same and everyone’s body changes day to day.
I use my own personal experience to guide my teaching style and my classes and teaching style have often been described as challenging, encouraging and supportive.
Teaching and participating in barre classes has been my way of getting that ‘cardio high’ but in way that supports my body.
This is the class where the vibe, the music and the endorphins are high! It still focuses on pilates technique but has an element of ballet, dance and functional movement. It’s addictive and you absolutely do not need to be a dancer!
Having had the opportunity of teach in a variety of studio settings both in Australia and the UK, I am so excited to be putting my experience into my very own studio in Margaret River and cannot wait to help you fall in love with pilates and barre.
